Consistently eating food that provides nourishment to your body can make a big difference to how you feel.

 It’s not always easy to establish new eating habits but having a framework to follow together with support and accountability will help you to reach your health goal. 

 And don’t worry – I’m not going to suggest kale smoothies and quinoa (unless you like them!). The meal suggestions will fit in with your likes, dislikes and lifestyle.

What Happens Next?

The nutrition consultation is a simple 5 step process:

1.Questionnaire

You complete an online questionnaire so that I can gain an understanding of your health challenges, do some research and start putting a nutrition plan together.

2.Consultation

We meet (via Zoom) to discuss your goals and I explain how foods can affect your health we then agree on an achievable nutrition and lifestyle plan. 

3.Recipes and Meal Ideas

I email you a nutrition report, grocery list and recipes so that you can successfully implement the changes.

4.Support

I am available for the length of your programme to provide support and accountability.

5.Ongoing

At the end of the programme you might feel happy to proceed with your diet and lifestyle changes but there is also the option to extend the plan and continue working with me for as long as you need.

Frequently Asked Questions

Will my new meals take ages to prepare?

No! The plan will be personalised so if you are short on time the recipes will be quick and easy. However, if you enjoy cooking and have time I can provide some more detailed ideas.

How Often Do You Contact Me During The Programme?

We have a weekly check - in which is via Zoom, phone or email (you choose). We will review how you are getting on and adjust the nutrition plan as necessary.

In between our weekly check in you are free to email or WhatsApp questions as and when the arise.

Will I be able to buy the ingredients in my local supermarket?

Yes, all of the recipes contain foods that are easy to find.

Is the plan going to be time consuming?

There is a bit of time investment early on in the programme but once you get into the swing of things it will become easier and actually save you time!

How long until I see results?

This is a tricky question to answer because it does depend on your particular health goals and how committed you are to making changes. I would say that in most cases my clients notice a difference in a few weeks, although for some it can happen in a few days!

Can I still eat out?

Yes absolutely! Eating out and socialising with family and friends is extremely important to our wellbeing. I will show you how to make good decisions when you are out so that you stay on track.
