You may have tried lots of different methods of weight loss like Atkins, calorie counting,
high fibre or low fat diets. Most of them work in the short term and these diets sometimes have positive
aspects but unfortunately, they do not offer a long term health solution and
the outcome is often more weight gain.

As a Nutritional Therapist I am trained in the assessment of food and lifestyle practices
and, amongst other things, how they impact on both short and long term weight gain. I also recognise
and understand that specific dietary and other lifestyle behaviours may affect the success of
the simplest, yet not always successful, “eat less and exercise more” strategy.

 

The 30 Day Challenge

OUR 30 DAY WEIGHT LOSS CHALLENGE HAS BEEN VERY SUCCESSFUL BOTH IN GROUP
SESSIONS AND WITH CLIENTS THAT I SEE ON A ONE TO ONE BASIS.


It can often take a few weeks for your palate to adjust to a new and healthier way of eating
so giving yourself a target of 30 days can really help to set you on the
right path towards a lifetime of eating nutritious food.

The 30 day challenge starts with a full consultation where I explain the nutritional science
behind weight loss and we can discuss your specific problems and concerns.
After determining your health aims, I provide:

PERSONALISED NUTRITION REPORT | 30 DAY EATING PLAN | RECIPES | SHOPPING LISTS | MEAL IDEAS


You will then have a follow up phone call or email on day 10 and day 20 with
another consultation on day 30 where we can assess your results and put a plan in place
to help you continue to improve your health through nutrition.

This eating plan is not a gimmick, there are no shakes or point counting just nutrient dense
food which will keep you nourished and sated and therefore less likely to make unhealthy food choices.


Remember - it took time to gain weight so it will take time to lose it!
There are no quick fixes, I base my weight loss strategy on healthy eating of ‘real’ food.
By losing weight gradually and ensuring that you are meeting your body's nutritional needs,
your metabolism will remain well balanced and you are more likely to be able to maintain the weight loss.
