When Is The Right Time To Change Your Diet?

The Best Time Was 20 Years Ago But The Second Best Time Is Today!

I often hear this from people I meet –

'I would like to make changes to my diet but it is just not the right time for me – I’m too busy, I’m on holiday next month, work is too demanding' etc.

I know what it is like I am exceedingly good at procrastinating about things that I think are going to be a bit tough!

So I need to tell you something about improving your diet –

You don’t necessarily have to completely overhaul everything that you eat and drink to make a difference to your health.

One or two small changes can make a big difference to how you feel.

Everyone is different - for some people just drinking more water each day can make them feel so much more energised. For others cutting out a caffeinated drink in the afternoon can improve sleep which makes a difference to mood and motivation.

Here is one thing you can do this week:

Include a source of protein for breakfast (there are lots of ideas and recipes on how to do this on my Facebook group page – Eat Your Way To Better Health)
